 In addition to our ready made in-house seasonal collections, we specialize in bespoke jewellery design and creation. Linda Penwarden and her team will guide you through the creative process including;

• In person or virtual design consultation.
• Gemstone selection.
• Conceptual sketches.
• CAD (Computer Assisted Design) renderings.
• Wax models.
• Expert advice.

 All of our designs are original and created in our in-house studio in order to provide complete control of the production process with highest possible standards and remarkable craftmanship. A 50% deposit is required to proceed.

Repair

 Our knowledgeable boutique staff and in-house team of master goldsmiths are ready to assist you with your jewellery needs. Inspection, assessment and quoting of repairs and refurbishments are complimentary.

 We offer: 

• Tightening of loose gemstones. 
• Polishing and re-cutting of gemstones. 
• Replacement of lost or damaged gemstones. 
• Repairs and refurbishment of damaged pieces. 
• Polishing of gold, platinum, and sterling jewellery.
• Resizing of rings in gold, platinum, and sterling silver. 
• Restringing of pearl or beaded necklaces and bracelets. 
• Appraisals for insurance purposes or fair market evaluations. 
• Laser as well as hand engraving. 
• Chain upgrades and repairs. 
• Rhodium and gold plating. 

 Our studio does not offer watch battery replacement or watch repair.
