The Custom Design Process
Concept
Every custom piece begins with a consultation to understand your ideas, style, and inspiration. Whether you have a clear vision or need help crafting a design, our expert team will collaborate with you every step of the way—whether it’s selecting the metal, choosing gemstones, a setting, or incorporating elements from existing jewellery.
Design
Once we understand your vision, we’ll sketch out your design or create 3D renderings, allowing you to visualize the piece. You'll be able to make adjustments to the design and ensure every detail is perfected before we begin crafting.
Craft
After the design is finalized, our in-house team of master goldsmiths will get to work. Whether we’re crafting a bespoke design, customizing a PFJ design, or carefully revamping an heirloom, every piece is crafted with the utmost care and precision.
Present
Once your custom jewellery is completed, we’ll invite you back to the store or deliver the finished piece to you. You’ll receive your custom creation, ready to be worn and cherished for generations to come.
