 Orders of in stock items can expect to be packaged within 48 business hours of purchase and dispatched Tuesday through Thursday during business hours.

 Standard deliveries are handled by Canada Post via Xpresspost. Estimates of delivery fees, insurance and times are calculated at checkout.

 Regular priced in-stock products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition. It must be accompanied with original, undamaged packaging.

Workmanship and Materials Guarantee

PFJ ensures workmanship of the highest standards.  We guarantee Penwarden pieces against defects in materials or manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase.  After inspection, we will use our discretion to repair or replace your piece in the unlikely event that there are issues related to manufacturing defects.

Please note:  This warrantee does not cover damage related to regular wear and tear or damage caused by mishandling.   We strongly recommend that fine jewellery not be worn during activities that could cause damage, such as moving heavy objects or lifting weights at the gym.  After inspection, any manufacturing defects will be repaired at no charge. In addition, for one year from the date of purchase, should any gemstone under 0.10 cts fall out due to manufacturing defects PFJ will replace the stone at our expense. 

Annual Inspections and On-Going Maintenance

As part of our exceptional customer service, we offer complementary inspections and cleaning for all PFJ creations for the life of the piece.  We recommend that pieces be brought in for inspection annually to catch necessary repairs early and to maintain the warrantee.  During the inspection, we will tighten any stones at no charge and recommend any necessary repairs such as retipping, to ensure the safety of your gemstones.  Any repairs to Penwarden creations that are not covered by warrantee enjoy a 10%  loyalty discount.

Ring Resizing

Rings purchased at Penwarden Fine Jewellery include complimentary resizing up or down two sizes, within six months of purchase.  Rings which cannot be resized due to their design will need to be remade at the customer’s expense.

Please note that complimentary resizing does not apply to Sterling Silver or Discounted rings, for which we will offer a quote for resizing or remaking the ring.
