We want you to buy with confidence and guarantee that your information will not be sold to third parties but will be used solely by our company. All payment information submitted to Linda Penwarden remains secure.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, America Express and wire transfer through PayPal.


When in stock, items will ship within one week from order date. If an item is out of stock or is custom-ordered, we will advise you of the timeline for creation and delivery. International shipping is welcome, please contact us to arrange your order.


Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. If it has, a partial refund may be made depending how far along the order is. You may cancel other orders provided the item has not shipped.


We do not offer exchange or return on custom orders. All other merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original condition with original packaging for exchange or return. There are no refunds on shipping costs.


All applicable taxes will be charged for orders within Canada. Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Linda Penwarden Jewellery has no control over these charges.


Linda Penwarden uses the best possible materials and employs quality local labour for the creation of our jewellery. We guarantee that pieces are manufactured with care and are carefully inspected before shipment.

We will, repair or replace any defective pieces as a result of manufacturing, free of charge, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This does not include items that have been mis used and abused. Proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for warranty work. Shipping charges may apply.
